Anthony Naples and DJ Python co-curate new instalment of Air Texture compilation series
It includes tracks by Parris, Huerco S., Aurora Halal and more
Anthony Naples and DJ Python have been enlisted to co-curate the next instalment of the Air Texture compilation series.
Spanning 18 tracks, the release includes contributions from the likes of Parris, Huerco S., Organ Tapes and James Bangura. There are also collaborative cuts from Aurora Halal and DJ G; Bitter Babe and Nick León; and Anthony Naples and DJ Python themselves.
The release marks the eighth instalment in the Air Texture series, with Steffi and Martyn; Rrose and Silent Servant; and Deadbeat and DJ Olive among the previous co-curators of the run of releases.
Naples and DJ Python's contribution to the series will be released digitally and on limited edition vinyl on 10th June. You can listen to their track 'Entouré' from the release below.
The two artists have a long-standing connection and are both based in Brooklyn. Earlier this year, DJ Python released the three-track EP 'Club Sentimientos Vol. 2' through Incienso, the label that Naples runs with Jenny Slattery. Before that, he released the album 'Mas Amable' on the same label in 2020.
