Eartheater has announced a new album, ‘Powders’, and shared the video for its first single.
Arriving on 20th September via the experimental artist's own Chemical X imprint, the pop-minded 'Powders' focuses "on the art of storytelling through more upfront lyricism".
Produced by Sega Bodega and Eartheater, the first single, 'Pure Smile Snake Venom', is out now. It is accompanied by a video directed by Daniel Sannwald (Billie Eilish, Beyoncé, Rosalia, Bad Bunny). Check it out below. Pre-order 'Powders' here.
A November European 2023 tour will follow the release of 'Powders', which includes a date at London's Village Underground on the 13th.
'Powders' — which is the follow-up to Eartheater's critically acclaimed 2020 album 'Phoenix: Flames Are Dew Upon My Skin' — will be accompanied in 2024 by a sister album, titled 'Aftermath.' Both LPs were recorded at Sunset Sound in Hollywood.
Last June, Eartheater collaborated with LSDXOXO on 'Demons', for which she also directed the video.
