The Bergamo-based DJ, producer and Katana Records founder doesn’t pull any punches here, offering up two cuts of hard, hypnotic techno that roll with Robert Hood-like minimalism and speaker-shaking heft. ‘La Vaca Vega’ is a deep-in-the-dance groover that embellishes its wriggly melodic trill with trippy vocal glitches. It’s tough, transfixing and irresistibly off-kilter.
