Reloop announces new turntable, Turn 3 MK2
Furnished with a newly redesigned tonearm, a synchronous belt drive and other features
Reloop has announced a new turntable called the Turn 3 MK2.
The new unit features a redesigned tonearm, a synchronous belt drive for noise reduction, and semi-automatic stop functionality. There's also an integrated USB interface, which means you can record and digitise your favourite vinyl directly through your computer, without the need for another audio interface. There's also speed control for 33, 45 and 78 RPM and a piano black finish.
Made of a heavy aluminium die-cast construction, the unit is fitted with a high-end preamp so it can be easily and directly connected to an amplifier, even without a phono input, though you can switch the pre off if you'd rather use your own.
The Reloop Turn 3 MK2 is priced at £529. Check it out via the Reloop site here.
The German makers of the "HiFi turntable range for audio purists and vinyl lovers" released a number of new products last year, including a small two-channel controller for Serato called Ready and a new compact two-deck Algoriddim djay controller for iOS, iPadOS, Android, Mac and PC platforms called the Reloop Buddy.
