Reprezent Radio opens applications for training programme helping young people get into the industry

Reprezent Radio has opened applications for its training programme Create Next!.

Launched in partnership with Converse, the workshop series from Reprezent is dedicated to young people aged between 16 and 25 who are keen to kickstart their career in media and entertainment.

Create Next! will run weekly from the the 3rd January 2023 at Peckham's Bussey Building, and will offer workshops on radio production and broadcast technology, creating video content and recording live performances, radio presenting and creating on-air content, and creative social media content. No experience is necessary, but an ambition to work in the creative industries is essential.

All courses are free of charge and travel, and food will be subsidised. When the workshop series has ended, five selected applicants will be given a paid opportunity to host a brand new Saturday night Remix Show each week from the 11th February to 30th April next year.
