TAAHLIAH and Loraine James collaborate on new single, ‘Fuck It!’: Listen
The first team-up from the two producers is a colourful club joyride
TAAHLIAH and Loraine James have collaborated on a new single called ‘Fuck It!’.
The track was conceived in one afternoon during a recent studio session involving the two artists at Warp Records' London offices, as well "some back & forth on DMs". Check it out below.
'Fuck It!' follows a stellar year for TAAHLIAH, who picked up an AIM Award for Best Independent EP along with making her Boiler Room debut. In January, the Glasgow DJ and producer shared a new remix for fellow Scottish artist LVRA.
2022 also saw Loraine James follow up her two acclaimed albums for Hyperdub with another two celebrated LPs: the Julius Eastman-inspired 'Building Something Beautiful For Me' and a self-titled debut under the alias Whatever the Weather.
Both artists have been nominated for a DJ Mag Best of British 2022 award, with Loraine James up for the Best producer gong and TAAHLIAH for best Breakthrough.
