Watch footage from Carl Cox's DJ set at Egypt's Great Pyramids of Giza
He played at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World earlier this month
Footage has emerged online from Carl Cox's recent show at Egypt's Great Pyramids of Giza.
Cox played the special show at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World on 19th May with the illuminated pyramids as his backdrop. It was the second time he'd played at an UNESCO World Heritage Site, following on from a 2018 show at Stonehenge together with Paul Oakenfold.
Philipp Straub and Gawdat opened for Cox at the Giza show, which was organised by the brand P+US. You can watch two clips from Cox's set below.
It was recently revealed that Cox would be playing at this year's Glastonbury festival, with an appearance scheduled for the Glade stage.
He released his first album in over a decade, 'Electronic Generations', last December. Revisit DJ Mag's stream of his set from Creamfields 2022 here.
