Relive some of the best electronic sets from Glastonbury’s 51st edition
A selection of the best dance music sets from Glastonbury 2023 are now available to watch online. Check them out below.
Live sets from Worthy Farm were broadcast on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds throughout the festival, which ran from 21st to 25th June.
Among the electronic big hitters were Fred again.., who took over The Other Stage on the Friday evening, along with Fatboy Slim, who headlined The Park Stage at Glastonbury on Saturday.
During his performance, Fatboy Slim paid tribute to Maxi Jazz, who died in December 2022, aged 65. Clips of the Faithless singer played on the screen behind as the DJ performed a snippet of the late artist’s iconic 1995 track, ‘Insomnia’.
80s dance titans, Leftfield, also performed on the Park Stage, while London synthpop group, Hot Chip headlined the new Woodsies area on the Friday night.
Other dance music highlights available to stream include sets from Shygirl, Sudan Archives, Loyle Carner, Fever Ray, Alison Goldfrapp, the new solo project from the vocalist of renowned electronic duo, Goldfrapp, and UK drill MC, Digga D.
