Baby Audio announces BA-1 synthesiser app for iPhone and iPad

Baby Audio has announced a new BA-1 synthesiser app for iPhone and iPad.
The LA-based music software company revived Yamaha’s CS01 as a desktop plugin called the BA-1 in May this year, describing it as "a modern re-imagination of a cultish 1982 analogue synth that looked like a toy but sounded like a beast".
Now, the BA-1 app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, featuring a keyboard "so you can play and program BA-1 like a real synthesiser", and an AUv3 version so the BA-1 can be used as an instrument inside your DAW, including Logic Pro.
The BA-1 iOS App is priced at $29 with a $19.99 intro price until 15th July. Find out more here and watch a demo video below.
Back in March, Yamaha announced a new line of battery-powered electric pianos, the CK range, which combine elements of the Yamaha CP Stage Piano and the YC Stage Keyboard, and are equipped with various on-board sounds as well as 51 effects.
